We are excited to announce that UNIPaaS has received a PCI DSS certificate as a Level 1 service provider. This is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard which demonstrates that it is safe to conduct payments with credit and debit cards on UNIPaaS.
Service providers are entities that process payments for, or provide services such as internet services to, merchants and acquiring banks. Level 1 is the highest certificate available and allows the service provider to store, process, or transmit more than 300,000 credit card transactions annually.
