As the Demand Generation Manager at unipaas.com, you will spearhead targeted marketing initiatives to drive top-of-funnel engagement and revenue growth. You’ll identify key verticals and strategic platforms, shape a compelling go-to-market strategy, and execute impactful campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
- ABM Strategy & Program Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy focused on key accounts in relevant verticals (e.g., B2B SaaS in finance, healthcare, logistics, etc.).
- Collaborate with executive leadership and product teams to align marketing objectives with broader business goals.
- Target Account Segmentation & Persona Building
- Identify and prioritize target verticals, platforms, and accounts based on market research and data analysis.
- Create detailed buyer personas and target account profiles to guide messaging and campaign strategies.
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, content marketing, events) that position unipaas.com as the embedded payments partner of choice.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Content, Sales) to ensure unified messaging and a consistent buyer journey.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Own the lead generation process from initial prospecting to qualified lead handoff to Sales.
- Track and optimize the ABM funnel, employing data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and tactics.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including account engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and recommend strategic adjustments based on campaign performance data.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing or B2B demand generation, preferably within SaaS or fintech/embedded payments.
- Proven collaboration with all GTM functions.
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic Thinking
- Experience in identifying and prioritizing target accounts, planning go-to-market strategies, and building end-to-end ABM programs.
